Has diverse education, knowledge and experience in the field of forging and machining. After completing his education (B.Tech - IIT Kharagpur, MS - University of Wisconsin-Madison, MBA - Oakland University) he has worked in the Automotive Industry in the USA for 10+ years. He has experience in supply of critical components to major OEM's in large volumes and just-in-time. After returning to India in 2003, he has worked with a major automotive supplier and handled large expansion projects. He is now spearheading the engineering and business development activities at Varad Forge. With strong contacts with major domestic and international manufacturers, he has been at the forefront of the growth in the company.

After completing her education (MBBS - Aurangabad) she moved to USA. She was involved in social activities and community services. After moving back to India in 2003, she practiced in the Medical field for few years. With this strong social and financial background, she has been actively involved in the office activities of Varad Forge. She has developed a strong organizational structure in the company. She has an eye for details and her analytic ability has been a catalyst in the company's success. Her down-to-earth practical approach and motivation has been a guiding light in the company.

After completing B.E. from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, he has spend his career in the cooperative sector of Marathwada. He has been involved in the management of large cooperative sector firms like Sugar Mills, Cotton Spinning & Ginning. He has also been a guiding light in the Education field and as a Minister for Higher Education in the State of Maharashtra, he has set education policies that will improve the education for next generation. He brings strong technical skills, interpersonal skills and wide industry inputs to the company. He has been involved in the formation of the company policies and business development.
